Replacement Certificate

Are offered to applicants who have lost or damaged their Form Four (from 2008), Six and Professional (GATCE/GATSCCE and/or DSEE) certificate(s) (from 2009).

Are offered to Candidates who have lost or damaged their certificate(s) that do not bear photo(s) for Form IV exams in or before 2007, Form VI & Professional certificates from 2008 backwards

An equivalence Certificate is the certificate issued to student to certify that the qualification/award offered in a foreign examination Board/Council is equivalent to the qualification/award in Tanzania.

For Candidates who sat for National Examinations/Assessment but not satisfied with their results

For candidates who sat for the National Examinations but their results were withheld due to late payment of Examination fee.
